Tear-off process begins with protection of the house, as well as all landscaping or decks surrounding house. |

Complete removal of all existing shingles, to include all those tight areas! |

Removal of all existing roofing material, to include all nails (don’t worry we have a very strong magnet on wheels to pick all of them up!!!) |

Completed removal of all debris, final preparations are being made to prepare decking for new roof. |

Starting with the application of Certainteed Ice & Water shield along the eave edge and through the valley. Remainder of decking will have either 15# or 30# underlayment applied. |

Arrival of new roofing material provided by Eikenhout Inc. of the Holland Area. Skytrak delivery will in no way damage your lawn or driveway. |

Working on finishing up the last section of the new roof. To include hand-nailing of ridge-vent and ridgecap. |
